Cyril Guiraud Quartet (7:30-8:30pm)

French-born Cyril Guiraud is a Bay Area-based saxophonist, composer, and producer known for his innovative approach to contemporary jazz. His exciting new quartet features Isaac Schwartz (drums), Gary Johnson (bass), and Ian McArdle (piano/keys), showcasing innovative compositions and dynamic improvisations. Guiraud has collaborated with renowned artists such as Mark de Clive-Lowe, Michel Petrucciani, Kenny Garrett, and George Clinton. He has performed at prestigious venues including SF Jazz, Monterey Jazz Festival, and Stern Grove Festival, as well as numerous clubs across the US and Europe. With a unique sound and entrepreneurial spirit, Cyril Guiraud offers a fresh perspective on jazz that appeals to both traditionalists and contemporary music enthusiasts, making his new acoustic jazz project a perfect fit for discerning venues and audiences.
